Darlington Estate Winery, Darlington

The staff at Darlington Estate Winery weren’t flustered at all when they couldn’t find our booking, they accommodated us perfectly and with aplomb. The staff really helped set the tone for what turned out to be a flawless meal.
The restaurant at Darlington Estate Winery is something to be experienced. It’s floor-to-ceiling windows allows for great views of the winery and bushland, the service was never intrusive and the food gorgeous and delicious.
Personally, I couldn’t get enough of the roast pumpkin and gorgonzola tart, and at the time I’d wished I had ordered another one for my mains… well, until the mains came.
