EKougi & Food
Design Nori by I&S BBDO

This “too beautiful to eat” sushi is the epitome of laser-cut, designer food. It is the design of Japanese ad agency I&S BBDO Tokyo, who use traditional Japanese symbols such as the Cherry Blossom and Water Drops to inspire good fortune and happiness. This is incredibly appropriate as their client, Umino Seaweed Store, was heavily affected by the March 2011 tsunami. I think this is an amazing way to feed the body, mind and soul.

I wonder how the patterns change the texture of the sushi and whether different patterns have a different texture.
